At Glow Vital, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may generally qualify for a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to applicable law and the conditions below.
Items must generally be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Supplements and Wellness Products
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used supplements, vitamins, powders, gummies, and other consumable wellness products may not qualify for return, except where required by applicable law.
Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing contents may also be subject to return restrictions.
Pet Care Products
Pet flea and tick treatments and other animal care products may be subject to additional return restrictions.
Opened, used, or improperly stored pet care products may not qualify for return, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.
How to Request a Return

Contact customer support with your order number and reason for the return.

Wait for return instructions and authorization, if required.

Package the eligible item securely and follow the instructions provided.
Please do not send products to an unconfirmed return address.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. If the return results from our error, we will provide appropriate instructions.
